Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviours or are disengaged from education.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to different needs.
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and inclusive teaching methods.
Passion for supporting personal growth and wellbeing in young people.
Resilience, patience, and the ability to build trust with learners from diverse backgrounds.
