About the RoleMitie are seeking an experienced and highly professional Site Security Manager to lead and oversee all security operations at a high-profile client site within the financial sector. This is a client-integrated role, requiring daily interaction with key stakeholders, ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of operations across the site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class security service, maintaining compliance, and fostering a strong security culture aligned with the client's expectations and values.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, manage, and develop the on-site security team to deliver a proactive and effective security service.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for all security matters.
-Ensure compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
-Conduct regular risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
-Coordinate incident response and crisis management procedures when required.
-Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and security records.
-Deliver continuous improvement across all security functions in line with evolving site and business needs.
What We're Looking For
-Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
-Experience in managing client relationships at a senior level.
-Knowledge of physical security systems, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
-SIA licence (Front Line or Non-Front Line) is essential.
-Relevant security or risk management qualifications are desirable.
