St Paul’s is a unique place that bases all it does around the school, its pupils and families. As a school, we have high expectations and aspirations for all our pupils to ensure an effective learning experience and the highest possible outcomes that will prepare and enhance our pupils for their next journey and beyond. Our Christian values, ‘Trust’, ‘Love’ and ‘Compassion’ and ‘Respect’ underpin all that we do in our school. Our newly established vision, ‘Do everything in love,’ also recognises the importance of celebrating everyone who learns and works here and the need to work collaboratively and inclusively in the diverse cultural world that we live in. It is our hope that all children will be respectful, caring and tolerant towards others, our world and themselves. We seek to empower and equip children to have high aspirations and hopes for the future. It is our aim to be inspirational and to provide strong and lasting foundation skills so that our children develop a love of learning and flourish in all that they do.

• Has high expectations and is committed to ensuring all children are happy and make excellent academic progress;
• Is committed to an inclusive ethos where every person matters;
• Is keen to be part of a friendly team;
• Is warm, kind, caring, positive and has a sense of humour
