Our ideal candidate will:
• Be a well-qualified graduate to be a Teacher of English
• Be able to teach across all 3 key stages
• Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification
• Place the learner at the centre of everything they do
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner
• Be able to work effectively as a member of a team
• Be well organised, proactive keeping to deadlines and encouraging others to do so
• Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school, and to a rich and diverse programme of extra-curricular activities.
• Have the desire and dedication to ensure high standards of pupil progression and attainment
