Shift Pattern: Days, Backs, Nights & Occasional Weekends (Flexibility Required)
Location: Long Benton
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: £12.41 per hour
- Back Shift: £13.96 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.51 per hour
We're currently recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Long Benton. This is ongoing, year-round work with excellent shift availability - particularly as we head into the peak period, so now is the perfect time to get started.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
- Sorting products and materials
- Tray washing duties
- Carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, backs, nights, and occasional weekends
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
