The Governors at Heathfield Primary School would like to appoint a highly effective, dedicated and enthusiastic classroom teacher
We are looking for an inspirational and effective teacher to join the Heathfield family.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
A commitment to the Heathfield vision and values The Heathfield Way
Excellent, inclusive classroom practice including effective assessment for learning
Secure understanding of phonics
A proven track record of success and improving children’s outcomes
A determination that children can keep up with age related expectations through effective quality first teaching
Secure subject knowledge
Accurate self-reflection, responding positively to feedback
High expectations of achievement and behaviour
Willingness to work as part of team, with excellent organisational skills, in a fast paced environment
Play a full part in the wider life of school
We will have Ofsted this academic year and so needs to feel comfortable with this experience
