Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RGN) with: A relevant degree (or equivalent experience), plus teaching/assessing qualifications. Significant post-registration experience, including at Band 6 level or equivalent, ideally in a community setting. Evidence of ongoing professional development, with a commitment to progressing towards Master’s-level learning. Strong leadership and team management experience, including managing resources and driving service improvements. Proven skills in change management, service development, and implementing evidence-based practice. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage across multi-agency teams. Confident use of IT systems and accurate record-keeping in line with professional and legal standards. A positive, professional approach with a commitment to equality, diversity, and being a visible role model for the team.
