Reprographics Admin Assistant Level 2 (temporary)18 hours per week – Term Time Only (39 weeks) Salary: Grade 3 £10,422 - £10,753 per annum.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and organised individual to take on the role of reprographics admin assistant. You will deliver an efficient, high quality, supportive and cost effective printing and administration service for the school. The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. This is a vital role that requires a diligent individual who takes pride in their work and is passionate about making a difference in our school community.
Key duties will include:• Manage reprographics requests efficiently, ensuring timely production of materials such as booklets, teaching resources, laminated items, and other finishing tasks. • Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation. • Ordering stock and maintaining stock control of paper and card, synthetic papers, toners, and other consumables • Carry out routine tasks such as photocopying, filing, emailing, completion of routine forms, and administration of school activities, to support the smooth running of the school office; • Update manual and computerised records/management information systems ensuring accuracy of information held.
