We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Communication, Trips & Enrichment Officer to join our caring and dedicated support team. This is an exciting and varied role that blends creative communication with event coordination, all while playing a vital part in enriching the lives of our students and families.Start Date – ASAP
Actual Salary - £24,151 - £25,351Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday. Each day includes an unpaid half hour lunch break.
Reporting to the School Office & Operations Manager, and working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will help to promote the school’s ethos, activities, and achievements both internally and externally. You will also lead the coordination of school trips, visits, and enrichment programmes: supporting the school’s vision of delivering exceptional student experiences beyond the classroom.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing and delivering school communications across platforms, from newsletters and website updates to social media and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinating and administering a wide range of school trips, events, and enrichment activities for students in Years 7–13.
• Working with departments to promote curriculum and enrichment initiatives through consistent and high-quality messaging.
• Supporting school events including open evenings, results days, and celebrations, maintaining consistency and a professional school image.
• Using systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and SharePoint to support communication, payments, and permissions.
• Providing administrative and logistical support that ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient running of activities and events.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Is confident using IT systems and digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office, social media, SurveyMonkey, etc).
• Can work flexibly and collaboratively with a range of staff, students, parents, and external providers.
• Can manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally.
• Brings creativity, initiative, and a passion for helping students make the most of their school experience.
