Blackfordby St Margaret’s CofE Primary School is seeking a friendly and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our caring team and help provide a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.Working as part of our dedicated staff team, you will:Supervise pupils while they eat their lunch and during outdoor/indoor play, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing at all times.Promote positive behaviour in line with our school’s Behaviour Policy, dealing with any incidents fairly and consistently.Organise and supervise play activities, setting up and putting away equipment and ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy.Provide first aid and comfort to pupils when needed, recording accidents in line with school procedures.Follow all school policies, including those relating to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality.In return we can offer:A welcoming and supportive school community where every member of staff is valued.Opportunities for training and professional development within the Rise Multi Academy Trust.Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.A caring environment where staff wellbeing is prioritised.This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to children’s school day.
