Location: Sandwich, Kent
Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift Rota: 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to £28,446.60 per annum

Our successful & well-established client. is expanding and looking for a dedicated, proactive Production Operative to join our growing team. Based in our modern, GMP-compliant facility in Sandwich, Kent, you'll be part of a business at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll help manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products by:
- Setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment
- Carrying out batch manufacturing, including mixing, weighing, filling & packaging
- Completing accurate GMP documentation ('Right First Time' approach)
- Following SOPs and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Reporting and documenting deviations or non-conformances
- Keeping the production area clean and audit-ready
- Liaising with QA and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Taking deliveries, managing stock levels and inventory rotation
- Performing basic troubleshooting and routine equipment checks
- Supporting production targets, continuous improvement, and best practice
✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environment (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Physically fit - this role involves manual handling and heavy lifting
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work a 5-day shift rota (Sunday-Saturday) including weekends
- UK work authorisation required
