Location: Minworth, Birmingham (B76 9EH)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 08:00-18:00 (occasional Saturdays may be available)
Salary: £14.25p/h (plus overtime @ £21.38 for hours worked over 45 hours)

Requirements
As this role is based at an international airport, In order to comply with CAA and DfT regulation, you must be willing to undergo a background check. This will include referencing your last 5 year's work history and applying for a criminal record check. (We take care of this for you free of charge!)
- Residence in the UK for at least 5 years
- A clean DBS check
- Full UK Driving Licence - 3 POINTS MAXIMUM (a driving licence check will be required)
- Previous experience in a multi drop courier role
- Good knowledge of the Birmingham & Coventry area and ability to follow GPS routes
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kg
- Strong time management and reliability
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver parcels across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
- Complete multiple deliveries and collections per day, following efficient routes.
- Provide excellent customer service at every doorstep.
- Accurately record delivery and collection information using handheld devices.
- Ensure vehicle checks are carried out daily and report any issues promptly.
- Comply with road safety regulations and DHL Express policies.
