Crynodeb
The post holder will: Provide non-clinical leadership and be accountable for the operational delivery and strategic development of the ICMP service. Analyse complex service data and implement action plans to improve performance and outcomes. Manage delegated budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Lead recruitment, staff deployment, and shift planning across multiple sites. Apply HR policies and oversee staff development, appraisals, and supervision. Ensure clinical standards are upheld across the pathway, supporting evidence-based care. Facilitate training, mentoring, and student placements. Engage in service-level research and audits to inform continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including service users, carers, and partner organisations.
