Crynodeb
You will have support to develop both your clinical and leadership skills from our Macmillan Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist as well as our Clinical Team Leader. You will receive regular supervision and appraisal to promote personal development. You will be actively encouraged to be involved in service development, audit and research. There will be the opportunity to support and supervise other staff, as well as provide practice placements for Occupational Therapy students. There is a structured in-service training programme in place within the team which you will be encouraged to be involved with.
