Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Registration and Ceremonies Officer for the position LBS-006. This role is pivotal in facilitating the smooth operation of our registration processes and organizing ceremonies. As the Registration and Ceremonies Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of student registrations, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and maintained. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of various ceremonies, including graduations and award presentations, collaborating with multiple departments to guarantee an exceptional experience for all participants. Your role will involve the development of event timelines, coordination of venue and logistics, and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure each ceremony reflects the prestigious nature of our institution. You will be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of registration policies and procedures while providing assistance and guidance to students, staff, and faculty regarding the registration process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Manage student registration processes and maintain accurate records
Coordinate the planning and execution of ceremonies and events
Develop and implement event timelines and logistical plans
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to facilitate ceremonies
Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to registrations and ceremonies
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures during events
Assist in the recruitment and training of volunteers or staff for ceremonies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in event planning and management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.99
