As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting them like family. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coaching a team of Care Assistants
Creating and delivering personalised support plans
Administering medication safely and effectively

About You:
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a care role
Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Care (or equivalent)
Enjoy mentoring and motivating others
Share a passion for individualised care and making a real difference every day
