The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced logistics and supply chain operation based in Crawley. If you're seeking a full-time, temp-to-perm role with long-term potential, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment - this is the role for you.

Position: Warehouse & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers
Location: Crawley

What's on offer:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (1-hour unpaid break)

  • £13.00 per hour

  • Early finish every Friday

  • Immediate start available

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity with career progression

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing cargo efficiently

  • Sorting, packing, and wrapping goods to standard

  • Keeping warehouse stock organised and maintained

What we're looking for:

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence

  • Previous experience in warehouse duties (sorting, packing, wrapping)

  • Ability to pass a 5-year background check (including overseas police check and DBS, if required)
