Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

Eastbourne Area
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and customer-focused professional to take the lead of a small front-of-house team within a well-established commercial vehicle dealer.
This position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, plus a OTE bonus of £6,000 per annum paid monthly, alongside sociable working hours of 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday.
The role also comes with excellent prospects for progression into management, making it an ideal move for someone keen to advance their career.
Responsibilities
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of two front-of-house staff
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
Driving up selling opportunities to maximise revenue
Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role
Strong people management and motivational skills
A proactive approach to customer service and upselling
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A desire to progress into a management-level position
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary up to £32,000
Bonus of £6,000 per annum, paid monthly
Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday (contracted Saturdays, but these haven’t been worked in 5 years)
