Crynodeb
Brightwork’s client is currently recruiting Line Leaders for both dayshift and backshift where you will ensure the correct and efficient set up of production lines whilst utilising all available staff to maximise efficiency and minimise cost.
Responsibilities
• Execute the production plan adhering to orders as set out by the production plan.
• Check that products meet company requirements and customer specification completing all quality and production documents as required.
• Observe and implement good housekeeping procedures following GMP always and challenging any behaviour that is not in adherence to company policy.
• Train new employees and agency workers
• Organise work for team and give feedback to Supervisor/Manager about individual and team performance.
• Undertake other appropriate duties as deemed necessary.
• Flexible approach to working hours covering the needs of the business.
• Lead example and ensure that you and your team adhere to company policies.
Knowledge & Experience
• The successful candidate should have experience of working in a fast paced and busy production factory environment.
• Experience of supervising production staff
• Process driven
• Proactive, dynamic and motivational with the ability to deliver results in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
