We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. The main tasks and responsibilities of this role will be to lead and supervise the catering team, open/close of business, stock controls and effectively being the face of our catering brand at a customer site. The role holder will undertake any other duties that may be required for the effective operation of the site, including ordering, cash collection and banking.
You should have high standards and an eye for detail. Hard working, energetic and confident, we're looking for candidates with excellent organisational and time management skills. Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential as full development and training will be provided.
The ideal candidate would have a previous catering experience within a similar environment. You must have supervisory experience and an appropriate level of numeracy/literacy/communication skill to perform role duties. You should be able to work well in a team or under your own initiative, and flexible to take on different tasks as and when required.
