We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a team from October 2025. You will work closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support and delivering high-quality lessons to help each learner achieve their full potential.
Duties as SEN Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN students.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCP targets in collaboration with support staff and families.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development.
Work closely with colleagues, therapists, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.
Ideal SEN Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching or supporting students with SEN, including knowledge of strategies for learning, communication, and behaviour support.
Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as SEN Teacher.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting all learners.
