Crynodeb
Professional Leadership and Management Provide radiotherapy expertise within CTU, managing the research team and radiotherapy trial portfolio. Support trial setup and delivery in line with ICH-GCP and governance standards. Coordinate patient arrangements and ensure accurate communication across teams. Lead and motivate staff, support training, and contribute to strategic planning and resource management. Represent the unit in meetings and ensure effective dissemination of radiotherapy-related information. Clinical Practice Support informed consent and assess patients throughout trial participation, ensuring safety and accurate documentation. Act as a resource for patients and staff, promoting dignity and patient-centred care. Attend MDTs and clinics to ensure continuity. Use clinical systems effectively and perform venepuncture, sample handling, and trial-related procedures. Ensure evidence-based practice and compliance with regulatory standards. Education & Development Maintain professional development, contribute to audits and teaching, and support knowledge sharing across the Trust. Other Complete mandatory training and work flexibly across UHBW & BHOC as required.
