Support the implementation of the People & OD Strategy, enhancing Directorate performance through effective communication and trust-based relationships with senior managers. Coach and support line managers to improve workforce plans and people management practices. Support workforce planning initiatives, including talent management and succession planning, to support new ways of working. Analyse and present people performance data, identifying trends and advising on necessary actions. Act as a change enabler to facilitate organisational development and manage complex employee relations issues. Champion and embed DHCWs values and behaviours, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Deputise for the P&OD Business Partner in meetings, providing insights on people metrics and making recommendations.
