Graduate Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based on a major project in North Somerset. The business is well established and typically undertakes projects across the student accommodation, education, commercial and hotels / leisure valuing from £30mil - £150mil+. The project in North Somerset is the first phase of a £600mil commercial development, consisting predominantly of office blocks.
About the role of Graduate Quantity Surveyor:
As Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the commercial team, procuring and managing several sub-contract packages. You will be shadowing a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities as Graduate Quantity Surveyor:
- Assist with sub-contract procurement
- Assist with the management of sub-contractors accounts
- Assist with pricing variations
- Assist with final accounts
Key Requirements as Graduate Quantity Surveyor:
- MUST hold a BSc Quantity Surveying
- Be an ambitious and driven individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Bristol
- Have the full right to work in the UK (this role will not support sponsorship)
