Foundation Stage Keyworker37 Hours, Term Time Only (39 weeks)Salary: Scale 3, Points 6 - 8: £25,989 - £26,824 pro rata; Actual salary: £22,604.55 - £23,330.81Working pattern: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.30pmFixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) for 2 Terms The leadership team of our school are seeking to appoint a Keyworker to work in our wonderful Foundation Unit (Early Years). The role is to cover the maternity leave of an existing staff member from 15<sup>th</sup> December 2025 to the end of the 2025-2026 academic year. Specifically, this person will work in Foundation 1 (Nursery) under the direction of the Foundation Leader.We are looking for someone who can:Work as part of the Foundation team to provide a high quality learning environment and learning experiences on a daily basis.Be a direct contact for a named group of children, supporting their needs and communicating effectively with parents and the staff team.The successful candidate must have an approved ‘full and relevant’ Early Years qualification at Level 3.We can offer:Friendly and enthusiastic childrenA supportive staff teamA committed and supportive Governing BodyA commitment to your continued professional developmentOn the application form, please focus on a detailed 'supporting statement' taking into account the person specification and indicating why you would be the best person for us to recruit to this position.The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
