This is a dual role where you will manage operational responsibilities while also driving sales. You will help oversee service delivery standards and client satisfaction while securing new opportunities in the security sector.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee operational aspects of security contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
Support scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of security personnel.
Maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, ensuring high service standards.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security sector.
Work with senior management to improve operational delivery and sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations and/or sales within the security industry. (essential)
Strong understanding of compliance, client management, and service delivery.
Experience conducting site surveys and risk assessments.
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Degree in any field (desirable).
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role.
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to balance operations with sales.
