Class 1 Driver -Swindon Up to £28.86 per hour
The Best Connection Swindon are looking for a Class 1 drivers for a leading multinational retailer in South Marston. You will be delivering to other DC'S and stores across the country. Usually between 2/3 drops or collection per shift. The shift pattern available is Friday - Monday with a start time between 12:00-20:00
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Licence, CPC, Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
- 1 Year Class 1 Experience required.
Hours and Pay :
- Friday to Monday with Potential of 5th Shift available
- Weekdays £19.63 per hour
- Nights (After 20.:00) £20.71 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday £26.65 per hour
- Bank Holiday - £28.86 per hour
- Overtime after 45 hours £24.55 per hour
- Ongoing position with immediate start
Job and responsibilities:
- Class 1 driving from Swindon to Distribution Centres across the UK
- Typically 1-3 drops/collections per shift
- Minimal handball work required.
- Responsible for conducting safety checks and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
