Location: Hook
Salary: £27,000-£29,000 PA + benefits
Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week) with flexibility for weekends & Bank Holidays during busy periods
Our client, a leading European shopper house dedicated to brand marketing, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to assist with the day-to-day running of their Hook warehouse.
Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Team Leader
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Lead, motivate, and coach a small team of warehouse operatives
- Plan and coordinate the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate stock management and maintain asset registers
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and courier services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
- Operate company vehicles and forklift trucks as required
What We're Looking For From the Warehouse Team Leader:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Full UK Driving Licence and Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Good understanding of stock management and Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
