GOODS IN / GOODS OUT OPERATIVE | NR5 | £12.50–£13.00ph | IMMEDIATE STARTS!

ARC Group Norwich is working with a valued client based in NR5, and we're currently recruiting for a Goods In / Goods Out Operative to join their warehouse team on a temporary ongoing basis – with a strong chance of long-term work for the right candidate.

Location: NR5, Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Temp Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

  
  

• Ensuring goods are accurately booked in

  
  

• Preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments

  
  

• Maintaining accurate stock records and paperwork

  
  

• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

  
  

• Keeping the warehouse area clean, organised, and safe

  
  

• Operating forklifts (if licensed)

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Goods In / Goods Out or similar warehouse role

    
    

  • Good communication and organisational skills

    
    

  • Basic IT skills (for booking goods in/out)

    
    

  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights

    
    

  • FLT licence is a strong advantage but not essential – training may be provided
