About the candidate:
We are looking for someone to assist with the data migration of our HR files. Your main task will be to review, collate and prepare employee records ready for digital storage as part of our file attachment project.
You will have some experience of working in HR or an administrative environment, or a good understanding of HR processes.
Strong IT skills are essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to work accurately and efficiently across multiple digital platforms. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently.
You may also be asked to support with other general HR administrative tasks as needed to assist the HR Operations team.
We are looking for the right person to join us as soon as possible.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in assisting with the data migration of our HR files, helping us transition from paper-based records to a fully digital system. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing, collating, and preparing employee records for upload as part of our file attachment project. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential, as you’ll be working with sensitive employee information.
