We are currently looking to appoint a Driver / Labourer for a local company based in Kettering.
We currently have a requirement for a driver/labourer working from Kettering depot to various customer locations.
Hours of work 7.30 – 16.15 Monday to Thursday and 7.30 – 12.00 Friday.
A clean driving licence with minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, have a good attention to detail, good commination skills, be physically fit, have manual dexterity, a practical mind set and ability to work as part of a team.
Duties to include:
Daily checks on vehicles before use.
Driving drop side Transit to deliver customer orders and pickup/deliver to suppliers.
Driving other company vehicles when required.
Labouring duties on-site as and when required.
Working a 37.5 hour week plus overtime when available.
Benefits include a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (taken at Christmas), sick pay scheme, contributory pension scheme and free life assurance.
This role is based out of our Machine Shop.
