Euromixers Ltd is an award-winning company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial fluid mixers. We are looking for a conscientious, reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small, friendly team. The role will be on a part-time permanent basis with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 accounting software
• Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Preparing customer invoices and statements
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Liaising with company accountant
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Supporting other administrative functions as required
Essential Requirements
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge and practical use of Sage 50 accounting software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills
Desirable Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working within industrial equipment supplies or a manufacturing environment
Hours & Benefits
• Part-time role (flexible hours to be agreed) est. 10-12 hours per week
