About this Role
Compass Academy is a KS3 Alternative Provision which supports pupils who struggle to access mainstream education for varying reasons. Many of our pupils have identified SEND needs and/or are accessing pathways for additional support. Due to expansion, the Academy are seeking to extend our academic support/teaching team. This is an exciting job role which will vary on a day to day basis in response to the needs of the Academy.

Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days)

Position Type: Fixed Term until 31st August 2026

Line Manager: Vice Principal

Travel Required: Desirable
