What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping streets, parks, and public areas clean and litter-free
- Emptying bins and carrying out light maintenance (graffiti, weeds, fly-posts)
- Cleaning public toilets and car parks
- Spotting and reporting issues like damaged signs, overflowing bins, or fly-tipping
- Supporting larger tasks such as hedge cutting, tree work, and mechanical sweeping
What You’ll Need:
- A full driving licence (essential for the role)
- A strong work ethic and a good level of physical fitness
- A team mindset, with the confidence to work alone when needed
- A good eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience in outdoor or maintenance work is a bonus, but not essential
Working Hours:
- Start early (between 05:00–07:00), finish early (by 13:00–18:00)
- Work 5 days out of 7, including some weekend shifts
