We require a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our team at Paulton Junior School. An essential part of the role is to support on a 1:1 basis and lead intervention groups as well as class based activities. This is a busy, varied and challenging role.
The successful applicant must have;
• A passionate belief that all children deserve the highest quality of education.
• A positive attitude to working as part of a supportive whole school team.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Show initiative and flexibility
• Ability to work in a SEN role to support learning in the classroom and ensure individuals make progress
• Build effective relationships with children and colleagues
• High expectations of themselves and those with whom they work.
