Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to use your initiative to support students, contributing to their success, behaviour management and social skills. Working in both the preparation room and classroom to ensure good health, safety and well being practices are maintained you will have a good understanding of health and safety requirements, although training can be provided.
What the school offers its staff
This is a truly inclusive school. Governors, senior leaders, staff and students share a common belief that there is a place for everyone at Paulet and aspirations are equally high for every student.’ The high standards we achieve in behaviour and uniform show that our students are proud to call Paulet their school.
