What skills and experience we're looking for

• experience of working in a school office
• experience of financial processing and accounting
• knowledge of using a management information system (preferably Arbor) and other software such as Microsoft Office
• knowledge of general school procedures
• excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• excellent organisational and computing skills
• good communication skills
• a commitment to high standards
• a commitment to continuous professional development
• the willingness to go the extra mile
The role will include:
• maintaining pupil records
• managing HR
• financial processing
• providing support for the Leadership Team and Governing Body
• line managing named staff
• other administrative tasks commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth running of the school office
