Flexibility to be able to deal with changing demands and situations
Ability to work with small groups of students under supervision
Ability to work closely as a member of a team and able to adapt to the varying demands of differing students.
Ability to positively relate to students with challenging behaviour.
Knowledge of interventions for SEN students
Good level of IT Skills
Experience of working in a similar post or with young people in an educational or caring situation
Experience of working with children in a classroom
English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or equivalent
Appropriate qualification to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
