The role:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Support customers with banking or financial queries

What we're looking for:
* Minimum 1 year of call centre experience
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* A friendly, empathetic approach
* Confidence using IT systems
* Motivation to learn, grow, and achieve goals
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of call centre experience
* Ability to pass credit, fraud, and DBS checks
