Assistant Manager - Personal Tax | Hybrid | South Region
Our client, a highly respected independent accountancy firm, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Personal Tax team. With a strong reputation across the South and a people-first culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and LLP's in a role that blends compliance, advisory, and leadership.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients
- Lead the full compliance cycle and support ad hoc advisory work
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
- Collaborate with Directors on strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
- CTA qualified (or equivalent), or working towards
- Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory
- Proven ability to manage your own portfolio and review junior work
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and professional integrity
