Employment Solicitor – Leeds – NQ to 3 Years PQE – Hybrid Working
A well-regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor or NQ to develop their career in a supportive, growing practice.
The Role:
- Manage a caseload of employment matters, primarily employment claimant work.
- Advise clients on settlement agreements under the supervision of a Partner.
- Handle matters from initial instructions through to completion and archiving in line
with firm procedures.
- Liaise with clients, tribunals, and other parties to ensure high standards of client
care.
- Support colleagues across the Employment team as required.
Requirements:
- NQ – 3 years PQE with experience in employment law, particularly claimant work.
- Good knowledge of employment tribunal processes.
- Organised, methodical, and able to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex legal
issues clearly.
- Confident with IT and legal case management systems.
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of client
care.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Friendly and approachable, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
