Grade: JG3 SCP 5 – 6 £25,583 - £25,989 per annum
Actual Salary: £10,628.14 - £10,796.81 pro rata per annum
Our school
Churchill Primary School is set in a beautiful rural location within North Somerset. We have a modern, well-resourced building with seven classes. Outside we have attractive grounds and play areas.
We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, committed to inspiring a love of learning and has high expectations of themselves and pupils. We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team here at Churchill Primary School.

• A flexible team player who is positive, passionate about their job and a problem solver
• Someone that can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, the staff team and parents
• A committed person confident in working with the class teacher to support/develop learning of individual pupils, groups or the whole class
• Someone that can use their own initiative
• A person with a good sense of humour
• Someone who can demonstrate strong behaviour management
• A person who is self-motivated, creative and flexible
