Due to the career progression of a valued team member, we’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Central Recruitment Team. In this role, you’ll work with academies across all phases of education, helping to recruit outstanding teachers and support staff. Your work will make a real difference, positively impacting thousands of pupils across the South West. You’ll enjoy a varied workload, managing end-to-end recruitment activities for a number of academies within our cluster regions. Working as part of a collaborative team, but also with the autonomy to manage your own workload, you’ll be placing advertisements, supporting candidate attraction for key/hard to fill roles and providing robust and measured pre-employment compliance checks – all of this is underpinned by streamlined systems and processes to efficiently support all recruitment activities. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage compliance responsibilities while bringing fresh ideas to recruitment advertising. Whether you’re new to education or looking for a fresh challenge, join us in our mission to make a lasting impact on the children in our care! Why Work in CLF’s Recruitment Team?
We offer:
A chance to expand your recruitment experience and knowledge in the education sector, through working in a supportive and skilled recruitment team.
Leadership in end-to-end recruitment for academies, including advertising, candidate attraction, and compliance checks.
Flexible, hybrid work from home, our Kingswood office in Bristol and onsite at academies.
Recruitment experience across primary, secondary, special and alternative provision academies, offering a variety of work with a range of different education professionals.
Career development and growth opportunities across the trust and the chance to gain wider knowledge of HR practices through working as part of a large Central HR Team.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Attention to detail, excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to meet recruitment and compliance needs.

Passion for promoting equity in education through recruitment activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Opportunity:
Join the Cabot Learning Federation, serving 18,000+ pupils across 36 academies in five cluster regions across the South West.
