Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for young children?We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bank Staff Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and nurturing team at the College Nursery in Truro.As a valued member of our nursery team, you will work closely with senior practitioners to support the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children in a stimulating and inclusive environment.This flexible, part-time role is ideal for qualified practitioners who are looking to work on an as-and-when-needed basis, supporting the nursery during busy periods, staff absences, or to help maintain adult-to-child ratios.What We’re Looking For:- A level 2 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential or currently working towards level 3.- At least 12 months' experience working within an early year setting.- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a child-centred approach to care.- Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with the operational needs of the nursery.Working Hours:The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. As part of the bank team, you’ll be expected to be available to cover shifts across these hours when required.
