As our F&B Outlets Manager, you will lead the breakfast and in-room dining teams, ensuring exceptional service. You'll be hands-on, inspiring your team to deliver first-class food and beverage experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as an F&B Outlet Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the breakfast restaurant and room service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in line with PPHE's values.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews for both outlets.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and monitor inventory for both outlets.
- Drive upselling initiatives and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
About You:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing your team.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
