Working alongside our trusted housekeeping partners, Definitive Housekeeping Group Limited, we’re now looking for a talented Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure every guest experiences the very best of The Reach.

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a central role in the smooth running of our hotel. You’ll lead by example, inspire and support your team, and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You’ll also deputise for the Housekeeping Manager when required. Key responsibilities include:


Leading, coaching and training housekeeping colleagues
Organising rotas and daily schedules
Ensuring immaculate cleanliness across the hotel
Managing stock levels of cleaning products, chemicals and laundry
Maintaining compliance with health & safety, security and financial procedures


What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a leadership role, and brings energy and attention to detail every day. Ideally, you will have:


At least one year’s housekeeping experience
Strong people management skills and a hands-on approach
Excellent organisational ability
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
A professional, proactive and approachable manner

8-hour shifts
£14 per hour
