Support Worker
Location: Cheshire (Crewe area, CW7 & CW10)
Pay: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Shifts: Full-time and part-time
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide vital care and support to adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping them live independently, safely, and with dignity in supported living settings.
What you’ll do:
• Support daily routines and personal care
• Promote independence and personal development
• Manage challenging behaviours calmly and professionally
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
• Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community activities
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
Requirements:
• Experience supporting adults with mental health conditions and challenging behaviours
• CPI training (current and valid)
• Medication administration experience
• Minimum 6 months supported living experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Caring, patient, and proactive approach
