Support Worker – Crisis Prevention Intervention Trained
Location: Macclesfield
Pay: £12.30 – £12.60 per hour
Shifts: Full-time and part-time
We are looking for experienced, hands-on Support Workers with CPI training to join our friendly team in Macclesfield. You will support adults with a range of needs, including both verbal and non-verbal individuals, in daily living, community activities, and personal care.
What you’ll do:
• Support daily living tasks and personal care
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide community-based support, including trips and appointments
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
• Use communication aids and techniques for non-verbal individuals
Requirements:
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs
• CPI and moving and handling training
• Confident in administering medication
• Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
