A national law firm with a first rate reputation are looking to add an additional lawyer to their team in Oxford.
The successful candidate for this position will ideally be in the 1-6 year PQE range. You will have a solid background of working in employment law within a recognised employment law team.
You will have the opportunity to continue your development working as part of one of the regions strongest teams. You can expect the work to be interesting and varied, working with clients across a range of sectors advising and guiding them on a range of matters, both contentious and non contentious, but all pertaining to employment law issues.
The firm has designed their benefits package to really reward and look after their people. They have a long list of benefits including salaries right at the top end (obviously based on experience), lucrative bonus schemes and a range of wellbeing related benefits.
Flexibility is very much part of this firms culture and there are opportunities for hybrid working for people looking to split their time between the office and remote working.
