The Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing both sales and operational activities, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. You will lead and manage the sales team while ensuring that daily operational processes are followed and optimised for maximum efficiency.
Main duties include:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow throughout each shift.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue, increase customer loyalty, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Assist in managing the restaurant's financials, including budgeting, cost control, and optimising revenue.
• Ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about GDK products and promotions, helping them engage customers effectively and upsell additional items.
• Oversee cash handling and register operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials for sales demands while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring consistently excellent customer experience.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and training a team to perform at its best.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
